I got a new distance watch online the other day. I have yet to be able to use it though which is discouraging. The plan was to go running again on Thursday, since Tuesday went so well, but I was too tired from the night before. Then I was going to go today before work, but my blood sugar was way too high and it wouldnt go down until I redid the whole insulin pump. This is a thing that happens every once and a while and it is very annoying b/c it throws everything off. So hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
I usually have fairly good levels, but the goal of all of this running is to better improve my blood sugars so I can get my A1C level below 6%. An A1C is an average of all of your blood sugar levels. A 6% is considered to be "normal." The last time I had it checked in Februray it was 6.7%, pretty good, but 5% is what I want to see again one day.
